We got invited to a Memorial Day Grill out across the street. Which was nice. The chevelle is a 70 that his grandpa daily drove, with new paint and a swapped drive train.

So he said it was a 63 impala motor & trans, but parts he has taken to swap out haven’t matched up to whatever he was told.
He says he is going to have a new patio poured and then focus on getting the chevelle running. I offered my engine hoist.
He isn’t a big car guy and I admitted I wasn’t either. I like cars, but I don’t have a burning passion to work on them or put my car hobbies above other stuff.
